Welcome to the Potosi Brewery restaurant. Dine with us in a unique atmosphere of history and tradition. From the original sandstone rock walls to the Cypress wood tables made from the old brewery beer vats. Watch the conversion of the natural springs running under the floor through the see-through glass flooring. Admire the handcrafted bar and back bar designed and built by local artist, nationally renowned wood craftsman, Gary David.

When weather permits, sitting in the brewery beer garden is very relaxing while enjoying a cold beverage and conversing with old friends and new friends you're sure to make.

The Potosi Brewing Company restaurant is serving daily from 11 am to 9pm.

Reservations are  recommended

For the kids, we have a line-up we know they will enjoy.  Be sure to ask for a tall glass of Princess Potosa Root Beer, brewed right here at the Potosi Brewery.

Founders Community Room

Our Founders Community Room, is located on the 4th floor of the brewery and is the perfect venue for your next business meeting, wedding rehearsal dinner, or private party. A Group Menu is available for larger groups and can be tailored to your needs.
